Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or customized products
• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at taycamdientu6212@gmail.com within the return window. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All returns must be sent to the address we provide once your return request is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that actual refund posting time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes between 7-12 business days.
